Drying kiln
Wood storageWe are using 13 separate drying kilns. Each month we dry and process over 1000 m3 certified beech wood, harvested in Bulgaria.

Finger-jointing lineOur specialized finger-jointing line allows more efficient tables production and better wood consumption

Wooden profiles
Multiple rib sawWe always try to use the wood as efficiently as possible. That's why in “Ludogorie 91” AD the wood is cut and planned several times. This process has at least three passes, starting from the largest details, down to the wooden briquettes.

BriquetteIn “Ludogorie 91” AD, we use all 100% of the wooden material. Starting with furniture production and ending with briquettes, as well as burning the residual wood and particles in our central heating system. The briquettes are sold on the domestic and international markets as well.

Pattern workshop
Pattern workshopOur modern pattern workshop allows us to design and develop new models, as well as rapidly prototype ideas. Special orders, limited edition and custom-made furniture is also a job for our pattern workshop.
